Press Release: SATO Selected by Business Solutions Magazine VAR Subscribers as one of 2017 Best Channel Vendors
CHARLOTTE, NC – January 16, 2017– SATO, a leading global provider of Auto-ID solutions that empower workforces and streamline operations, announced today its selection by Business Solutions magazine’s VAR (value-added reseller) subscribers as one of the Best Channel Vendors 2017. SATO was awarded for Product Innovation and Product Reliability in Data Collection/Mobility. SATO is a repeat winner in the Product Reliability category.
The Product Reliability category evaluates whether a vendor meets or exceeds the quality standards and needs of Value Added Resellers and their customers with products requiring the least service and maintenance. The online survey of subscribers was conducted in the first two weeks of October 2016. A total of 5,382 validated votes were cast with 2,685 individual participants. All ballots were reviewed to ensure they were submitted by Business Solutions Magazine reseller subscribers and those that could not be verified were eliminated. Business Solutions partnered with Penn State University to ensure statistical accuracy with scores tallied by Business Solutions editorial staff using methodology provided by Penn State.
